Chemical Regulatory Coordinator (Chemistry)

What you will do

• Review, prepare, compile, organize, and summarize documents from internal and external databases.
• Maintain product-level data in chemical database management systems.
• Obtain documentation to support regulatory compliance.
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluations.
• Generate and review hazard communication documents and product labels.
• Create and evaluate reports to support compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related science.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work as a self-motivated team player.
• Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues.
• Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Nice to have

• 0–2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage.
• Experience with chemical databases.
• One year of experience in regulatory compliance and hazard communication.
