Business Management Officer (Power BI)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Support business management and operational reporting.
• Analyze data and create financial models using advanced Excel.
• Build Power BI dashboards and visual reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare clear, structured PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Use SharePoint for document management and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Business Management Officer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on Power BI experience are mandatory.
• Strong PowerPoint skills are required.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
