Solution Lead for Corporate AI Tools (Cursor)

What you will do

• Own the vision, scope, roadmap, and adoption strategy for corporate generative AI tools, including Cursor.
• Define business cases, KPIs, and OKRs and use telemetry, analytics, and feedback to measure value realization.
• Identify and validate high-impact AI use cases for developer workflows and broader business processes.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders, platform teams, security, compliance, vendors, and user communities to align requirements and deliver product changes.
• Translate vendor roadmaps into role-based usage scenarios and support custom generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Educate users on prompting, responsible AI use, and effective adoption while continuously improving usage and outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally with developer-facing products or generative AI adoption at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and everyday developer workflows.
• Knowledge of LLM concepts, including context windows, prompting strategies, agentic workflows, and RAG.
• Experience with product telemetry, analytics, adoption programs, stakeholder communication, and vendor relationship management.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through rollout and iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience with governance, compliance, and risk mitigation for AI tools in enterprise environments.
