Senior Product Manager (Logistics/Delivery)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine (Remote)

Engagement with hirify.global on a long-term delivery platform project serving the Saudi Arabian market.

What you will do

• Audit user journeys and application processes, including registration, ordering, merchant, grocery, and restaurant flows.
• Identify friction points using data and customer behavior.
• Prioritize product improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Research global delivery trends, market benchmarks, and monetization models.
• Bring knowledge from outside the GCC market and contribute strategic product perspective.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Required: experience in the delivery domain; e-commerce project experience may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of global delivery market dynamics.
• Experience owning product direction rather than only executing specifications.
• Comfort working in an advisory or fractional capacity alongside an existing team.

Nice to have

• Awareness of regional competitors such as Noon, Talabat, Fetchr, or similar platforms.
