TL;DR
CEO (AI Product) (Enterprise AI): Building and scaling an enterprise AI assistant for knowledge discovery, AI-assisted communication, workflow automation, and operational efficiency with an accent on product strategy, enterprise search, and agentic capabilities. Focus on leading product discovery and execution, defining business metrics and roadmaps, and ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and governance.
Location: Remote within Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine

Work with Software on an internal AI-powered assistant initiative for enterprise productivity and operational efficiency.
What you will do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for an enterprise AI assistant platform.
- Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, user research, pain-point validation, and prioritization.
- Develop user journeys for knowledge accessibility, productivity, support operations, and workflow automation.
- Evaluate AI capabilities and limitations and identify opportunities for differentiation and long-term growth.
- Define product metrics, business outcomes, pricing, packaging, and performance management.
- Coordinate engineering, AI, design, business, support, and operational teams while presenting strategy to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI products, or SaaS.
- Experience with knowledge management, enterprise search, document management, or related domains.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, discovery processes, prioritization frameworks, and product metrics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, or agentic systems, with an understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible adoption.
- Experience owning product or business P&L, including pricing, packaging, and revenue accountability.
- Advanced English required.
Nice to have
- Experience building enterprise AI assistants or conversational AI platforms.
- Experience with enterprise compliance, governance, and large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems and modern agentic architectures.
- Background in support tooling or operational productivity products.
- Experience launching AI-driven internal productivity solutions.
