What you will do

• Develop and administer compensation, benefits, wellness, and total rewards programs aligned with business goals.
• Lead annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, incentive grants, promotions, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and budget preparation.
• Manage SAP HR systems, benefits enrollment functionality, HR analytics, data accuracy, audits, and system improvements with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure payroll, taxation, insurance records, HR policies, labor regulations, collective labor agreements, and employee handbooks remain compliant.
• Lead and develop the Total Rewards team through supervision, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR systems.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
• Experience in data analytics using tools such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and its practical application.
• Good command of English required. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and coaching skills are also required.

• Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits within a manufacturing environment.
