Senior People Operations Specialist (HR/Industrial Relations): Supporting people advisory, industrial relations, workforce planning, change management, and workforce transitions in Ho Chi Minh City with an accent on local implementation of regional programs and operational workforce support. Focus on coordinating country-level initiatives, responding to emergencies as part of the Local Response Team, and implementing workforce changes.
Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Provide people advisory and industrial relations support.
- Support operational workforce planning and acquisition.
- Plan and implement change management initiatives.
- Participate in the Local Response Team as an emergency responder.
- Support workforce transitions.
- Lead or tailor sub-regional and country programs for effective local implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- At least four years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
