What you will do
- Manage HR operations and employee journey processes.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits activities.
- Support compliance with Vietnamese labor law and statutory requirements.
- Provide training support and maintain HR data in HR information systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, law, psychology, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or specialist capacity.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
- Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems, preferably Workday.
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
Nice to have
- Exposure to regional HR practices and regional HR initiatives.
- Experience in a multinational, matrix, or international business environment.
