Freelance Country & Site Activation Specialist (Feasibility Focus) (Clinical Research)

Location: Remote from Poland, Hungary, or the Czech Republic

Salary: zł105,900–zł196,600 annualized

What you will do

• Conduct site feasibility assessments and investigator outreach across Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
• Evaluate site capabilities and suitability for participation in a global biotech study.
• Collect and prepare documents for EU CTR submissions.
• Coordinate the collection and review of essential site documents.
• Support country and site activation activities, including ICF adaptations and local start-up requirements.
• Manage multiple sites and timelines simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical research within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in site feasibility, country start-up, or study start-up activities.
• Experience with EU CTR submissions and study start-up and site activation processes.
• Strong organizational, tracking, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; Polish, Hungarian, or Czech language skills are highly advantageous.
• Availability to work remotely from Poland, Hungary, or the Czech Republic.

• Previous experience supporting studies in Eastern Europe.
• Polish, Hungarian, or Czech language skills.
