Traverse Advanced Wound Healing Full-Time LPN / RN (Hyperbaric Medicine)

What you will do

• Prepare patients for provider evaluations and treatments by collecting vital signs, medical histories, medication lists, and chief complaints.
• Assist providers with wound assessments, procedures, debridement, dressing changes, wound photography, measurements, and documentation.
• Support hyperbaric medicine services through patient preparation, monitoring, treatment-area readiness, and workflow coordination.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, wound care instructions, and follow-up appointments.
• Support mobile wound care visits, including local travel when needed.
• Handle appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, referrals, authorizations, inventory, and other clinic operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• EMT or Paramedic license and LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and electronic medical record skills, communication skills, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment and travel locally for mobile clinic services.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist patients with mobility needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in wound care, surgical, specialty care, or outpatient clinic settings.
• Experience supporting hyperbaric medicine or mobile healthcare services.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
