What you will do
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in multiple product suites and understand product best practices.
- Independently lead complex customer engagements, using expertise to perform discovery and conduct in-depth technical assessments.
- Prepare and provide professional demonstrations of assigned product suites to customers.
- Analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and recommend strategic variations in approach.
- Document and communicate customer technical objectives, timelines, recommendations, and outcomes clearly.
- Prioritize and escalate customer issues effectively and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with implementing, supporting, managing, tracking, and reporting on SaaS software is required.
- Demonstrates advanced technical aptitude with the ability to analyze complex systems and articulate technical concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal, and listening communication skills are required.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills are required.
- Prior experience working with government finance and services software and processes is preferred.
Nice to have
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Texas CPA license.
- Prior experience working in local government.
- Prior experience in customer success, professional services, or technical support.
