Enterprise Lead Developer (OneStream / PPBE)

Location: Hybrid; onsite 2–3 days per week in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, DC. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Clearance or higher.

Salary: $103,000–$180,000 base pay annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the design and configuration of an enterprise OneStream budget formulation capability across five Budget Submitting Offices.
• Translate PPBE and functional requirements into workflows, data integrations, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and custom solution logic.
• Develop reusable, scalable enterprise architecture and technical components aligned with approved standards.
• Configure, test, and optimize OneStream artifacts, including C# business rules, SQL scripts, dashboards, data management sequences, cube views, dimensions, and workflow profiles.
• Lead development sprints, code reviews, technical solutioning sessions, and collaboration with functional leads.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance or integration issues, and support SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and production cutover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 15 years of relevant technical development experience in financial systems or digital transformation.
• Experience developing solutions in OneStream or comparable EPM platforms, including business rules, integrations, forms, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong ability to translate functional requirements into technical system designs and produce technical documentation and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with C#, SQL, business rules, dashboards, and data management.
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC; active Secret Clearance or higher and U.S. citizenship are required.

Nice to have

• Navy or Department of Defense PPBE domain experience.
• OneStream Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions across multiple organizations or business units.
