What you will do
- Develop and execute mid-long term account plans for assigned key accounts.
- Lead quarterly joint business reviews (JBRs) to track adoption metrics.
- Design tailored enablement programs to accelerate time-to-value for SaaS tools.
- Identify upsell triggers and coordinate cross-functional pods to deliver integrated hardware-SaaS proposals.
- Mitigate churn risks via early-warning systems and preemptive solution pivots.
- Negotiate ELA/CLM agreements with procurement.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in semiconductor/EDA strategic sales, with proven success in managing $5M+ accounts.
- Project Management: PMP/Scrum certification preferred; fluency in Agile-account-planning methodologies.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to articulate hirify.global Designer’s HDI capabilities versus Cadence/Mentor.
- Traits: “Consultative seller” mindset with data-driven storytelling.
