What you will do

  • Manage sales forecasts and achieve assigned quotas for the territory.
  • Execute territory planning and account prospecting initiatives.
  • Apply value selling techniques to drive sales.
  • Orchestrate the sales process and provide resource support.
  • Conduct field visits and presentations to propose appropriate solutions to prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a four-year college degree.
  • Above 5 years of sales experience with a successful track record of top performance and 'stand out' sales achievements.
  • Executive sales experience or value-based selling experience.
  • Experience in a high-activity sales environment, including cold calls, field visits, and pipeline management.
  • Must be based in Beijing, China.
