What you will do

• Ensure account health by proactively monitoring activities and creating long-term strategies to improve client experience.
• Adopt hirify.global sales strategies and leverage client management tools to increase performance and upsell opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of clients’ marketing needs and competition to anticipate needs and deliver insights.
• Build and elevate relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
• Act as a thought leader on industry trends, technology, and KPIs to create revenue-increasing solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China
• 10+ years relevant experience in sales, advertising, or marketing focused on digital advertising, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
