What you will do/Что делать
- Support users in Turkish by resolving issues during lessons via chat and calls
- Assist with translations into Turkish for instructions and client response templates
- Support non-assisted chat bot interactions
- Manage complex client cases and provide effective solutions
Requirements/Требования
- Turkish language proficiency: C2
- English language proficiency: at least B2
- Experience working in a language school is a plus
- Experienced PC user with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle large amounts of information and multitask
- Responsibility and care in client support
