Staff Data Scientist (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for demand planning, product planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
• Develop generative AI and multi-agent systems using LLMs, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Build intelligent assistants and autonomous workflows that integrate SAP, Blue Yonder, MES, Dynamics, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and production deployments with Python, Spark, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Apply MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, IT, and engineering stakeholders to scale prototypes into enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field focused on AI/ML.
• 5–7 years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying LLM-based or agent-based systems.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark, and ML framework skills, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, GitHub, AWS, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of supply chain systems and planning processes such as SAP, MES, MEIO, IBP, and factory build planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Neural Prophet and additional agentic AI frameworks such as BabyAGI.
