What you will do

  • Conduct clinical and genomic cancer research using a large clinicogenomic database.
  • Apply computational methods to genomic, transcriptomic, histopathological, and clinical patient data.
  • Advance precision oncology and genomic-guided medicine to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop independent research projects addressing challenging problems in clinical and translational cancer research.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, molecular biologists, data scientists, and other departments.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field, or a PhD and/or MD with extensive clinical and translational cancer research experience.
  • At least one first-author or co-first-author paper in a top journal demonstrating innovative scientific achievements.
  • Experience designing and executing studies that connect molecular and clinical cancer data.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or another analytical programming language, or willingness to develop analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
