Reporting Analyst (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with in-person work at a hub 3 days per week and residence within commuting distance required

What you will do

• Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards in Looker.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to improve Revenue and go-to-market performance.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of operational KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership and commercial teams.
• Own data accuracy and consistency, identify discrepancies, and partner with Revenue Operations to maintain a single source of truth.
• Support performance reviews, business reports, and ad-hoc analysis for process improvement initiatives.
• Use AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, report generation, documentation, and insight summarisation.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a commercial team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools, ideally Looker.
• Familiarity with databases and querying languages such as SQL.
• High attention to detail and experience working with large datasets.
• English is the official language at the office; candidates must be based within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub.
