Financial Analyst Personnel Cost

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

• Execute headcount, personnel cost, trend, variance, and data-quality checks for quarterly forecasts and monthly closing cycles.
• Reconcile Workday and PRISM movement reports with forecast loads and validate data across Local ERP, TM1, and A2R.
• Apply standard forecasting methodologies for salaries, bonuses, social charges, pensions, incentives, holidays, and related personnel costs.
• Prepare baseline comparisons, forecast package materials, closing reports, and fact-based Level 1 variance commentary.
• Maintain personnel cost assumptions in TM1 and support Workday cost-center maintenance and reporting.
• Coordinate routine corrections and data requests with Controllers, People & Culture, Mobility, Facilities, GTMC, A2R, and Senior Financial Analysts.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, cost controlling, accounting, or a related finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, financial analysis, and reconciliation of large datasets.
• Knowledge of P&L structures, cost centers, accruals, recurring reporting cycles, and financial data controls.
• Ability to learn and use EPM and reporting tools such as TM1, Workday, PRISM, or equivalent platforms.
• Fluent business English is required in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in a shared services, Global Business Services, or multinational environment.
• Exposure to TM1, Workday, SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP, EPM, and data-visualization tools.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency.
