What you will do
- Build end-to-end machine learning models for robotics control, covering data curation, evaluation, and training stacks.
- Collaborate with simulation and real-world robotics teams to curate high-quality, large-scale datasets.
- Design generative simulation techniques to expand data scale and diversity for 3D environments.
- Develop language and code models to generate tasks and reward functions for robotic systems.
- Drive the development of general-purpose Physical AI through rigorous experimentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience pioneering machine learning research or refining existing methods.
- Proven track record supported by first-author publications or impactful projects.
- Production-level expertise in modern Python.
- Strong commitment to data and code quality, rigorous evaluation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional ownership and initiative.
- Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with Vision-Language-Action models for robotics or web agents.
- Background in embodied perception or video generation.
