Functional R2R-EPM Lead (SAP)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead functional SAP FI/CO and end-to-end R2R/EPM initiatives.
• Support general ledger, period close, consolidation, management reporting, and planning processes.
• Analyze business requirements and produce clear functional documentation.
• Manage stakeholders across SAP implementation projects.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementations, including multi-country programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong SAP FI/CO and end-to-end R2R/EPM knowledge.
• Experience with general ledger, period close, consolidation, management reporting, and planning.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally in multi-country projects.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP PS, particularly project accounting.
