Infrastructure Administrator (Linux / Storage Administrator) (Storage)

Location: Must be located in Poland and open to occasional visits to the office in Katowice. The role follows a three-shift schedule: 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, or 12:00–20:00, with rotational weekly and weekend on-call duties.

What you will do

• Administer and support enterprise storage environments based on NetApp, Dell PowerStore, and Dell Isilon / PowerScale.
• Manage SAN and NAS infrastructures, including provisioning, zoning, multipathing, LUNs, and NFS/CIFS file shares.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, availability, and compliance with operational standards and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform configuration changes, migrations, upgrades, and optimization activities.
• Support Linux-based infrastructure and collaborate with technical teams on reliable and secure services.
• Perform root-cause analysis, document processes, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in storage administration with hands-on SAN and NAS expertise.
• Practical experience with NetApp, including MetroCluster, Dell PowerStore, and Dell Isilon / PowerScale.
• Experience with Linux system administration and storage concepts such as LUN management, zoning, multipathing, and NFS/CIFS.
• Ability to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize storage infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Communicative French and Polish at minimum B1 level required.

Nice to have

• Linux or storage-related certifications.
• Experience with storage migrations, infrastructure modernization, enterprise-scale environments, backup, or disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with Linux automation or scripting using Bash or Python.
