Business Development Associate (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week

Salary: SEK 503,505–620,319 per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of existing partner relationships and track performance and growth opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build business cases for new initiatives.
• Coordinate partner requests and opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders.
• Prepare partner-facing materials, proposals, performance reviews, and commercial business cases.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed goals and flag emerging issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a partner-facing, sales, or business development role, ideally in technology, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Ability to interpret partner performance data and turn it into specific recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Working proficiency in Swedish.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, checkout, or e-commerce partners.
• Background in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
