Graphic Production Technician – Large Format & Experiential Graphics

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Fully onsite, Monday–Friday.

What you will do

• Produce, finish, and install vinyl and large-format graphics.
• Laminate digital prints and prepare graphics for final application, shipment, delivery, or installation.
• Weed, mask, trim, cut, and finish graphics to exact specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, color, and consistency.
• Keep projects on schedule against tight production and shipping deadlines.
• Maintain materials and equipment, minimize waste, and help improve production workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in large-format graphics, sign making, print finishing, or a similar production environment.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl application, laminating, weeding, masking, trimming, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate reliably, and remain productive under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, techniques, and production methods.
• Ability to work fully onsite five days per week in Oakville, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience operating large-format printers and finishing equipment.
• Experience producing graphics for trade shows, exhibits, events, retail environments, or branded spaces.
• Familiarity with shop safety and production best practices.
• Experience with graphic installation.
