Provider Inquiries Representative English & French

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support to healthcare partners, including hospitals and clinics.
• Manage provider accounts across the full partnership journey, from onboarding follow-up to ongoing interactions.
• Help providers navigate the operating model and resolve claims- and payment-related inquiries.
• Handle provider complaints and complex cases in partnership with Provider Services Organization and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders positioned across the globe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; translation and interpreting, foreign languages, or accounting studies are valued.
• English at C1 level is required.
• French at B2 level minimum is required.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accuracy, discipline, efficiency, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and use current office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential medical information discreetly.
