Postdoctoral Research Associate (Catalysis and Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Develop machine-learning tools for investigating catalytic reaction mechanisms.
• Study homogeneous catalytic processes relevant to organic chemistry.
• Conduct research across catalysis, organic chemistry, and organometallic chemistry.
• Collaborate with the Bures group at ICIQ.
• Build on proof-of-principle research published in Nature in 2023.

Requirements

• PhD in chemistry.
• Proven research record in catalysis, organic chemistry, and organometallic chemistry.
• Experience with mechanistic investigation.
• Ability to conduct collaborative research in a full-time position lasting up to 24 months.
