Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid

Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support hirify.globalOne cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure using .NET and C#.
• Architect performant, scalable, and secure software for large volumes of data.
• Contribute across the full software lifecycle within a Scrum team, including operations and production support.
• Build and mature CI/CD deployment and upgrade workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Develop testing, monitoring, observability, and automation practices to improve software quality and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of commercial software development experience with C#.
• Experience building cloud-scalable solutions, preferably with Microsoft Azure, and working with scalable databases.
• Experience with cloud-focused DevOps, CI/CD, deployment and release solutions, and observability practices.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English and experience working in Agile teams, including mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Pulumi, New Relic, or Grafana.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue, or .NET Core.
