Senior Data Engineer (Azure)

Salary: 20,000–23,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for the Sustainability Data Foundation.
• Design scalable Bronze, Silver, and Gold data models and integrate data from SAP, sustainability systems, APIs, and external providers.
• Build transformations, calculations, orchestration pipelines, monitoring, automated tests, and data quality controls using Azure technologies.
• Support deployments, testing, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Sustainability stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Review solution designs and code, contribute to documentation, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including Databricks and Data Factory.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering and enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing, transformation, and automation.
• Knowledge of data modeling, Data Vault, Medallion Architecture, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality controls.
• Understanding of API integrations, cloud architecture, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
• Fluent English and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
