What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy for Japanese corporate clients operathirify.global or investhirify.global in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Build senior-level relationships with Japanese corporates across Poland and the broader CEE region.
• Identify new business opportunities and support clients throughout their investment and growth journeys.
• Connect clients with hirify.global’s international network, product specialists, sector bankers, and financial markets expertise.
• Drive commercial growth while maintainhirify.global focus on risk management, compliance, and sustainable business development.
• Represent hirify.global within the Asian business community and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate bankhirify.global or international business development.
• Proven experience managhirify.global client relationships and originathirify.global new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial mindset, knowledge of corporate bankhirify.global products and financial markets, and understandhirify.global of regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Experience with multinational and international corporate clients and the ability to work across cultures and international teams.
• Fluent English required; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
