Debt Recovery Legal Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and monitor debt recovery, enforcement, litigation, insolvency, and electronic seizure activities.
• Maintain recovery, litigation, and enforcement case files, records, documentation, and deadlines.
• Prepare recovery notices, legal communications, enforcement documents, and case summaries.
• Submit electronic seizure procedures and third-party declarations through the ODEE e-enforcement platform.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, bailiffs, notaries, courts, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Track debtor assets, enforcement outcomes, compliance requirements, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Legal Studies and active membership of the Greek Bar Association.
• 3–5 years of experience in debt recovery, enforcement, litigation support, or a similar legal role.
• Experience with enforcement proceedings, electronic seizures, and debt collection practices.
• Understanding of insolvency, litigation, and debt recovery frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and case management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Fluent English is required.
