Senior Workplace Technology Specialist (Apple)

What you will do

• Act as the escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Support Apple enterprise environments across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, including endpoint policies, software deployment, upgrades, and compliance.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, IT asset inventory, device assignments, procurement insights, and refresh planning.
• Operate conference rooms, video conferencing platforms, audio-visual systems, room scheduling tools, and digital displays.
• Support technology pilots, productivity and AI-enabled tools, user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives.
• Analyze recurring incidents, promote automation and self-service, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, business teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT operations, endpoint management, or end-user technology services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apple enterprise environments, especially macOS and iOS.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, IT asset management, inventory tracking, endpoint security, identity and access management, and device compliance.
• Experience supporting conference room technologies, audio-visual systems, hybrid meetings, executive leadership, and high-profile users.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with the ability to travel when required for meetings and events.
