What you will do
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software across the organization.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems.
- Manage IT assets from acquisition through disposal.
- Support the purchasing team with IT-related matters.
- Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in related IT fields.
- Experience with desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and other hardware components.
- Experience working with both macOS and Windows ecosystems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Passion for and interest in games.
- Strong appreciation and understanding of teamwork.
