What you will do

• Manage external PR and link-building agencies, ensuring deliverables meet SEO objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital PR campaigns that earn authoritative media coverage and brand mentions.
• Build high-quality backlinks and maintain a clean, resilient backlink profile, including updating disavow files.
• Analyze competitors and identify off-page SEO opportunities in the home and garden retail space.
• Track referral traffic, domain authority, keyword rankings, and conversion rates from off-page campaigns.
• Coordinate SEO and PR initiatives with Social Media, Content Marketing, and SEA teams while monitoring industry and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience focused on Digital PR, off-page optimization, or outreach link building.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, or freelance networks.
• Ability to develop annual off-page SEO strategies and integrate them with broader marketing and communications plans.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, speed monitoring tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and Excel skills.
• Good verbal and written English.
