Talent Attraction Partner (1-Year Contract)

Location: Onsite in Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do

• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and technical roles.
• Build relationships with vocational schools, universities, training centers, and other talent sources to support proactive, high-volume hiring.
• Manage job postings, recruitment channels, assessments, background checks, and recruitment metrics.
• Provide consultative talent-attraction guidance and market insights to hiring leaders across North Asia.
• Coordinate onboarding, new-hire documentation, orientation, and related HR activities.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma with 3–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or operations environments.
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking and HR systems, plus Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin or Taiwanese is required.
• Understanding of employment practices and compliance requirements across Taiwan.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
