Senior Executive Search Recruiter (Semiconductor Hiring Experiences)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end search strategies, sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design, and offer negotiations for Senior Director and above roles.
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR business partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership on executive hiring needs.
• Design and improve executive search processes, tools, scorecards, and governance frameworks.
• Track executive hiring metrics and provide reporting and insights to Talent Acquisition and executive leadership.
• Manage external executive search firms, including vendor selection, negotiations, performance evaluation, and cost management.
• Provide market mapping, competitive research, compensation benchmarking, and succession pipeline insights for executive workforce planning.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of executive search experience in-house, at a top-tier search firm, or in a combination of both.
• Demonstrated experience managing Senior Director, VP, and C-Suite searches.
• Experience building and leading recruiting teams.
• Expertise in executive hiring processes, assessment tools, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, advising, relationship-building, discretion, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Zhubei, Taiwan; remote work is not available.
