Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and data-driven guidance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent through multiple channels.
• Deliver a clear, timely, and thoughtful candidate experience.
• Strengthen the employer brand through referrals, networking, and community engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Hands-on experience recruiting software engineers and building technical talent pipelines.
• Strong sourcing skills for competitive technical markets.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for Product, Security, Data, Design, or Research functions.
• Previous management experience.
• Experience with global go-to-market recruiting.
