Business Process Outsourcing Intern (Finance)

Location: Milan, Italy, with a hybrid work model and smartworking possibility

Salary: €1,000 monthly reimbursement, subject to the applicable collective labor agreement

hirify.global provides business process and technology services for the finance sector through its Xchanging Italy operations.

What you will do

• Manage administrative and accounting activities for financial instruments and managed clients.
• Prepare regular reports and perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle electronic invoicing and archive administrative documentation.
• Provide informational and administrative support to clients.
• Interact with external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a diploma in Accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and the financial sector.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Teamwork orientation, interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Bloomberg.
