Infrastructure Network & Supply Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid; available in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates who reach the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: €36,000–€50,000 annual salary for Portugal-based hires; compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Translate demand forecasts into infrastructure capacity plans aligned with performance, cost, and delivery targets.
• Plan quarterly and weekly deployments across operations, logistics, integration partners, and engineering teams.
• Ensure readiness across space, power, connectivity, hardware availability, inventory, and asset lifecycles.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards, planning systems, and automated workflows using AI and agentic tooling.
• Track deployment progress, resolve blockers, identify capacity constraints, and coordinate mitigation.
• Partner with planning, operations, engineering, logistics, procurement, and finance to support global infrastructure deployments.

Requirements

• Experience in capacity planning, infrastructure planning, production or operations planning, supply planning, or a related technical planning role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex operational systems.
• Hands-on experience building tools, automation, or internal products.
• Fluency with AI tools and willingness to create AI or agentic tooling to scale decision-making and reduce manual work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Portugal-based availability is specified for the listed compensation, with a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon.
