Specialist Solutions Architect (Data Warehousing)

What you will do

• Guide strategic customers through cloud data warehousing transformations, from evaluation and architecture design to production deployment.
• Architect production workloads and conduct end-to-end pipeline load performance testing and optimization.
• Support Solution Architects with proof-of-concept content, workload sizing, performance estimation, and production tuning.
• Help customers plan data warehouse migrations and evolve production systems for complex business intelligence workloads.
• Provide technical tutorials, training, hackathons, and conference presentations.
• Contribute to the Databricks Community and develop expertise in data warehousing evaluations and workload migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on data warehousing, including query tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, or migration workloads.
• Experience designing and implementing relational databases, SQL, data analytics, MPP, OLAP, and OLTP solutions.
• Production programming experience with SQL and Python, or Java for developing UDFs.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and at least 2 years of professional experience with data warehousing and big data technologies.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
• Native Korean proficiency is required; business-level English is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
