What you will do

• Develop and deliver external communications strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Build thought leadership programmes, media engagement, and narratives that strengthen reputation and market position.
• Translate complex technical, regulatory, and security topics into clear communications.
• Manage PR and communications agencies, executive visibility initiatives, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, including content calendars, video campaigns, governance, and social listening.
• Improve search and AI-platform visibility using SEO, GEO, AEO, analytics, and performance frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate communications, external communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or a related discipline.
• Proven success delivering B2B communications and thought leadership programmes.
• Strong media relations, writing, editing, storytelling, agency management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and measuring communications effectiveness through analytics and performance data.
• Knowledge of SEO and AI-driven search and discovery.
• A proactive, innovative, commercially minded approach; experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, defence, security, or another complex regulated environment is advantageous.
