Graphic Designer (AI Training)

hirify.global engages creative and design specialists for a customer project focused on AI-generated creative outputs and multimedia production.

What you will do

• Complete structured creative tasks using Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative work against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Document observations, recommend workflow improvements, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Professional skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications, including Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, and Adobe Lightroom.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant creative field.
• English communication skills at B2 level or above.
• Ability to work independently, meet project deadlines, and maintain a reliable internet connection.

• Experience in fashion design or presentation design.
• Experience with comparable creative tools.
• No formal degree; practical creative experience is valued.
