Creative Designer (AI)

IT consulting company supporting a customer project focused on creative production and AI-generated content evaluation.

What you will do

• Complete structured graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflow tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative work against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback for AI training.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Document observations, recommend workflow improvements, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Professional skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, or comparable tools.
• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant creative field.
• Written and verbal English at B2 level or above.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, maintain reliable internet access, and begin promptly.

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion design or presentation design.
• Practical experience with additional comparable creative applications.
• No formal degree is required; practical creative experience is valued.
