Onsite Project Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate projects from customer order receipt through completion and handover to the client and service group.
• Manage safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, communications, resources, third parties, and integrations.
• Own project profit and loss, financial indicators, revenue collection, cash-flow planning, and project reporting.
• Manage customer relationships, project extensions, operational recommendations, and decisions based on the customer’s business environment.
• Plan staff and subcontractor resources, define responsibilities and performance requirements, and maintain regular communication across the project team.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, risk identification, and occupational health and safety.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects across scope, time, budget, quality, risk, resources, communications, and integrations.
• Ability to manage project financial performance, including profit and loss, revenue collection, cash flow, and financial risk evaluation.
• Ability to manage customers, cost account managers, subcontractors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to plan resources, define clear roles and responsibilities, and provide accurate project status updates.
• Commitment to workplace, health, safety, and environmental responsibilities, including hazard and incident reporting.
