What you will do
- Provide administrative support to departments and project teams.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and create meeting minutes.
- Create and maintain action-item lists, project files, and reports.
- Manage simultaneous small projects as assigned.
- Support large projects and apply SEL operating and manufacturing principles.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical information.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and work both cooperatively and independently.
- Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of Agile project management skills, techniques, and terminology.
