Focus on leading 3–5 Product Managers, accelerating discovery and delivery, partnering on architecture and sequencing, and testing AI opportunities in the merchant product.

What you will do
- Own the merchant-side product vision, KPIs, roadmap, and business outcomes for the marketplace.
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Product Managers, setting standards for discovery, success metrics, delivery, and feedback.
- Manage merchant onboarding and verification, catalog and listings, pricing, offers, order and fulfillment flows, payouts, settlement, and seller performance tools.
- Work directly with Engineering Managers on architecture, capacity, sequencing, and delivery.
- Use AI for discovery, analysis, and prototyping, and identify and test AI opportunities within the merchant product.
- Resolve cross-functional escalations and represent the merchant product to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of product-area outcomes.
- 2+ years of leading and developing Product Managers.
- Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, or B2B and merchant-facing products.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping products, measuring impact, and learning from unsuccessful decisions.
- Fluency with product analytics and practical product discovery methods.
- Fluent Polish and English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with billing, settlement, ERP, or finance enterprise systems.
- Experience working closely with commercial operations.
- Strong Senior Product Managers may join as Associate Lead Product Manager and grow into the scope.
