Global Resolution Engineer (Networking)

hirify.global develops NeuralMesh, a cloud and AI-native data infrastructure platform for accelerating AI training, inference, machine learning, and other compute-intensive workloads.

What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex networking, fabric design, connectivity, and performance issues in hirify.global deployments.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1–4 networking problems in high-throughput, low-latency AI/ML and HPC environments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, field engineers, partners, and customer architecture teams on escalations and technical design reviews.
• Analyze field data to identify bottlenecks and systemic configuration issues, and improve packet capture, latency analysis, flow visualization, and path validation tooling.
• Maintain network-focused technical advisories, known-issue documentation, and knowledge base content.
• Lead advanced networking training and participate in global 24/7 on-call support and high-severity incident resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in advanced technical support, network engineering, or network architecture in enterprise, cloud, or HPC environments.
• Expertise in data center networking, including Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA/RoCE, DPDK, UCX, TCP/IP, LACP, ECMP, jumbo frames, MTU tuning, congestion control, and QoS.
• Experience with multi-vendor switching and routing platforms such as Arista, NVIDIA/Mellanox, Cisco, and Juniper, plus network telemetry and link-level diagnostics.
• Advanced Linux administration and network stack debugging, including sysctl, iptables/nftables, routing tables, and performance tuning.
• English fluency is required. Flexibility for global operations, on-call rotation, and occasional travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid deployments, Kubernetes networking, Terraform, Ansible, or Python/Bash automation.
• Familiarity with hirify.global architecture and networking requirements.
