Summer Associate Internship (Consumer Lending Experience Management)

Location: Hybrid, reporting to the Vienna, Virginia or Pensacola, Florida campus

Salary: $31.25–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze internal member data, vendor data, competitor information, and industry trends across the auto lending lifecycle.
• Develop performance metrics, measurement methods, targets, dashboards, reports, and alert thresholds.
• Identify engagement opportunities, process pain points, business strategies, and operational improvements.
• Design analytical approaches, models, visualizations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units, functional areas, and senior management on strategic initiatives.
• Manage projects through planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Experience with research, analysis, data manipulation, and large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, SPSS Modeler, R, or Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a flexible hybrid arrangement from the Vienna, Virginia or Pensacola, Florida campus.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of financial services or payments.
• Ability to work independently and think creatively.
