Summer Associate Internship (Penetration Testing)

What you will do

• Support application, infrastructure, cloud, wireless, and API penetration testing.
• Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security trends.
• Validate remediation efforts and document security findings and recommendations.
• Develop penetration testing procedures, playbooks, governance documentation, and reporting solutions.
• Evaluate security testing methodologies, offensive security capabilities, and AI-powered attack simulation tools.
• Complete an independent capstone project that delivers value through security research, process improvement, or capability development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Interest in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, penetration testing, security engineering, or information assurance, demonstrated through hands-on activities such as CTFs, security labs, or vulnerability research.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, web applications, common security principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and defensive controls.
• Ability to research complex topics, communicate technical concepts, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
