What you will do

• Conduct development site analysis, market research, and sales assessments across Southeast Queensland.
• Maintain residential market databases and track industry activity.
• Prepare information memorandums, proposals, reports, and client presentations.
• Support sales campaigns, client reporting, and market intelligence projects.
• Assist with Brisbane and Gold Coast apartment market reporting.
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, valuers, and other property stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Property, Commerce, Economics, Town Planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience in property, valuation, research, development, or agency; recent graduates are also considered.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in residential property and development.
